About the role

At MedAire, we are committed to providing the highest quality training classes, to ensure crew are capable and confident to deliver first aid, when it matters. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Training & Sales Support Executive to join our global yachting team.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate, schedule, and coordinate with both internal and external customers regarding MedAire course offerings.
  • Coordinate operational class activities, including arranging travel, equipment, tracking equipment to final destination, setting up clients on eLearning, and providing appropriate details to clients/instructors.
  • Participate in on-call duties to assist with after-hour instructor issues.
  • Maintain and report quality statistical information as directed.
  • Process post-class paperwork, including class rosters, billing, provision of client certificates, and closing of class files.
  • Proactively contact customers located near a booked class to promote the availability of instructors.
  • Maintain training equipment through stock ordering and updating.
  • Handle day-to-day communications with instructors.
  • Provide out-of-office support to the team.
  • Assist with organizing internal Education Services training programs.
  • Stay current with MedAire’s ISO 9001:2008 processes and assist with tasks associated with maintaining ISO certification.
  • Review training coordinator documentation and provide updates in line with ISO standards.
  • Handle other ad hoc queries, requests, and sales support as required.

About you

  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various software programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) & CRM software.
  • Demonstrated competency to perform basic mathematical calculations, including but not limited to calculating percentages, rates, and ratios.
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Presenting and communicating information.
