Team Support Intern, Global Medical Assistance

We are currently recruiting for a Team Support Intern (12 month FTC), located in our London office in Chiswick, to join our Global Medical Assistance team. You will provide administrative and organisational support to various workstreams, initiatives and projects within the organisation. The role will be responsible for a broad range of coordination and administrative tasks, working alongside various key stakeholders within the organisation to ensure the efficient overall continuity of initiatives, workstreams and projects.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities

•    Maintains and updates global organisational charts, documents and prepare presentation decks
•    Assistant support to the Group Medical Director on day to day activities, including research, analysis, documentary assessments, reports, spreadsheets, charts and presentation preparation.
•    Structure information from workstreams, projects and programmes in an organised manner using charts, presentations and reports 
•    Support functional heads with various administrative tasks including minute taking, project coordination, and follow up for the medical assistance organisation and operations 
•    Analyse data from network data, research and resource various metrics and KPI’s 
•    Effectively communicate with project stakeholders in different business areas to ensure a successful implementation of the project.



•    Bachelor or Master’s Degree, ideally within Business Administration, Management, or Commerce, Health Sciences, International relations, Analytics, Telehealth, Psychology, Healthcare Studies.
•    Previous experience in a large a matrix organisation is advantageous.
•    Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and VISIO.
•    Knowledgeable skill in Power BI is advantageous.
•    Team player and ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm.
