We are in search of a responsible individual who can effectively communicate in English.

Program Administrator is key role in global support of healthcare services in the TRICARE Overseas program (TOP).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the efficient and cost-effective collection of medical records
  • Processing received medical documentation
  • Assessing accuracy or need for translation of documentation
  • Ensuring service standards are maintained to meet KPIs and internal International SOS standards
  • Responsible for the operational adherence to all data protection standards
  • Providing consent forms as applicable for the release of medical information
  • Processing medical information received via fax, email or mail
  • Liaising with health care providers to facilitate the timely release of medical information following inpatient and outpatient treatment

Required:

  • Strong English language skills
  • Professional approach and excellent inter-personal skills
  • Ability to create relationships and work within a globally distributed team
  • Able to work to tight timelines
  • Good understanding of processes and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
