Junior Human Resources Generalist
Location: Prague office 
Job Type: Fixed term contract 6 months

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role provides essential support across all key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, learning and development, and wage preparation support. You will work closely with the HR Country Manager and other team members, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career or with strong administrative experience, looking to gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Maintain and regularly update employee files (both physical and digital)

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in document handling and storage

Learning and Development

  • Monitor completion of mandatory training courses

  • Send reminders and liaise with employees as needed

Wage Preparation Support

  • Monitor attendance system entries and follow up on discrepancies

  • Communicate with managers and employees regarding missing or incorrect data

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist with the administration of the recruitment process

  • Prepare onboarding materials and support the onboarding experience for new hires

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (experience in HR is an advantage)

  • Is confident using MS Office, particularly Excel

  • Communicates effectively and professionally at all levels

  • Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and trust in HR functions

  • Holds a high school diploma (university studies in HR, law or economics is a plus)

  • Speaks and writes in English and Czech at an advanced level
