Director, Global Network Performance – Government Programs

You will leverage advanced analytics, build strategic provider networks, and drive operational excellence to meet performance goals. This role offers requires leadership tact, technical ability and top-tier service delivery while directly influencing the success of vital global programs.

You will:

• Network Performance Management:
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems to monitor network delivery including activity, commercial performance, and quality criteria.
  • Perform impact analyses to identify and address network gaps, ensuring network adequacy and optimization.

• Network Development and Maintenance:
• • Maintain and refine tools, predictive models, and processes to improve network management and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor provider performance using scorecards and loyalty programs to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate and maintain agreements with key providers to enhance service delivery.

• Business Support:
  • Deliver training and promote best practices for consistent provider engagement and management.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for network-related issues in Government Programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced project management skills developed in a highly matrixed organisation.
• Proven experience in program management, network performance, or business analysis within multinational organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills.
• Expertise in managing provider networks and implementing process improvements.
