About the role


As a Sales Applications Team Intern or apprentice, you will be an integral part of our Global Customer Success Agenda. Your primary responsibilities will include providing end-to-end user support for our Sales and Marketing Application team, helping to identify gaps in current system designs, and ensuring smooth functionality through troubleshooting and testing. You will also assist in building reports and dashboards that enhance our decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

In this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Application Team to ensure the functionality of Salesforce CPQ and CLM tools.
  • Troubleshoot existing design functionalities, performing quality assurance testing and obtaining end-user sign-off before deployment of proposed solutions.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, ensuring that any post-go-live issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved promptly.
  • Provide updates on open bugs and resolution plans while effectively tracking all open actions for easy reporting.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks such as template tagging and testing.
     

About you

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a Business School, you are seeking a 6 months internship or 1 year apprenticeship
  • You have prior experience in a sales department or customer success, or related fields.
  • You speak French and English fluently.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
