Operations Analyst Intern/Apprentice

About the role

International SOS is looking for an ambitious and analytical Operations Analyst intern or apprentice to support multiple structural projects across our international platforms.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global crisis management and business continuity planning.

Key responsibilities

• Support in creating and editing Emergency Response plans for International SOS clients worldwide
• Update and restructure Business Continuity Plans for our European and Pacific platforms
• Conduct desktop drills for the Crisis Management Team
• Review and enhance tools supporting International SOS service delivery (e.g., SharePoint, phone systems)
   

About you

• Currently student in International Relations, Political Science, Tourism, Foreign Languages, or related fields
• Final year of Bachelor's degree, Master's level, or equivalent
• Strong interest in working in a multicultural, international environment
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Outstanding writing abilities in both French and English
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
