About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a junior project manager to join our account management team in Levallois, Paris. The purpose of the role is to project manage a major implementation project as well as support the commercial team.
Key responsibilities
Project management
- Oversee the implementation International SOS services for a major account.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in support to the Project Manager
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project.
- Support the launch of the services, including training and onboarding of the client's team, and internal communication
- Monitor the performance of the services post-launch and make necessary adjustments:
- Prepare custom reporting: type of cases, SLA
- Prepare business reviews
- Coordinate with finance
Sales Support:
- Support the Account Managers and Key Account Manager of the team: prepare quotations, proposals, organize assistance center tours, prepare business review. Focus on client reporting and provide ideas of improvement
- Advise and educate clients on service offerings, embedding them into client policies and procedures to maximize benefits.
About you
- Qualifications: A degree preferred, not essential
- Communication Skills: Written and spoken French/English. Effective communication is crucial for project managers to convey ideas, expectations, and feedback clearly to team members and stakeholders
- Organizational Skills: Being able to organize tasks, manage time efficiently, and prioritize work is essential for keeping projects on track
- Problem-Solving Skills: Junior project managers need to be able to identify issues, analyze problems, and come up with effective solutions
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed accurately and thoroughly is critical for project success
- Adaptability: Being able to adapt to changes and handle unexpected challenges is a valuable skill for any project manager
- Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with team members and fostering a positive team environment is essential for project success
