As a Global Site Assessment Nurse, you will step into a unique hybrid role at the intersection of medicine, quality assurance, and international development. This is not just a job, it is a journey.  Across EMEA, you will travel to and assess the standards of care for a network of TRICARE providers. This role ensures U.S. service members have access to safe, high-quality healthcare.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site evaluations and credentialing for TRICARE-approved medical providers across multiple countries.
  • Develop in-depth assessments and strategic recommendations that improve provider performance and patient outcomes.
  • Lead data driven excellence within the SPIN database and cooperate with global network teams.
  • Build relationships with local healthcare professionals, understand country-specific systems, and relay insights to key stakeholders.
  • Travel extensively (often on short notice) to support time-sensitive projects and high-priority site visits.

About you

  • Registered Nurse qualification with a minimum of 4 years’ clinical experience.
  • Background in healthcare quality management, hospital administration, or facility auditing.
  • A sharp, structured approach to assessments, backed by strong planning, reporting, and communication skills.
  • The adaptability to thrive in unfamiliar environments and multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English and the confidence to lead conversations with both clinicians and executives.
  • A self-starter mentality: independent, flexible, and calm under pressure, even with a suitcase in hand.

 

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to international healthcare systems or global provider networks.
  • Experience with medical facility accreditation or healthcare insurance structures.
  • A secondary language
