Are you an enthusiastic and motivated professional looking for an exciting opportunity as Marketing Executive in a company that saves and protects lives?
Do you have experience in marketing, particularly with Lead Generation, Market automation and, Event Management?

 

International SOS is looking for a Marketing Executive fluent in Italian and English on a fixed term contract of 6 months to join our Marketing Team in Milan. 
As a Member of the Central Europe Marketing Team you will be in charge of increasing the lead generation thanks to the evaluation, the qualification and the mapping of prospects in the Central Europe region (Italy, Switzerland and Germany).

 

Main activities:

  • Support the regional Marketing Team in the scope of digital marketing activities and Support the Sales Support and Customer services team with sales administration projects,
  • Manage regional search engine marketing strategy: keyword analysis/tracking, search engine optimisation, content submission and pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
  • Create and manage digital marketing nurturing campaigns: marketing e-mails, landing pages on regional website, webinars...
  • Reporting: Develop tools and reports to track progress on marketing activities as per strategic marketing plans.
  • Produce content in Italian: Translate content from English into Italian 
  • Analyse and research prospects for specific markets 
  • Manage and support virtual and in person events, including International SOS hosted events, 
  • Proactively manage the sales & marketing database to ensure data integrity
     

 

Qualification

  • You speak Fluent Italian and English. French or German is a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, and a previous experience in a similar position.
  • You have digital and marketing communications experience including event management. 
  • You are proficient in the following: Analytics skills, Marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Email marketing tools, basic HTML 
  • You are familiar with SEA, GoogleAds, LinkedInAds, (technical) SEO, CMS, buyer journey, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, automation, retargeting, organic or paid online marketing etc...
  • You have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sitecore.
