Are you ready for an exciting new adventure in account management? Look no further, because we're looking for a Sales coordinator / Administrativo commercial  to join our lively team at International SOS.

As Sales coordinator / Administrativo commercial, your main objective is to facilitate the renewal process for our small to medium-sized client accounts. You will ensure renewals are completed on time and hit sales KPIs.

Key responsibilities

Renewals management:

  • Manage the onboarding and operational awesomeness for new clients.
  • Ensure 100% renewal success and hit renewal targets like a pro.
  • Respond to client inquiries with a 2-day SLA turnaround. 
  • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes.
  • Negotiate pricing with clients with assistance from manager.
  • Review and understand contract terms by teaming up with finance and legal services.


Monitoring of account health and utilisation:

  • Build a reporting base to analyse utilisation and onboarding data – you're the data rockstar!
  • Monitor client engagement, onboarding, and utilisation to assess account health.
  • Prepare client communication that boosts productivity. 
  • Make outbound calls to clients, turning inquiries into a chat session about client engagement reports.
  • Interact directly with customers during live call sessions to mitigate risks.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure good implementation and engagement.
  • Be the face of International SOS for any client inquiries or complaints.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to clients and refer them to the field sales reps.

About you

Salary: 27000€ - 32000€ gross per year


  • Background in a service industry.
  • Familiarity with sales renewal processes and effective process management.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive utilisation and identify risks and apply the required measures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools.
  • Comfortable in an international, multi-cultural environment with excellent English, Spanish, and French communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset with urgency and self-motivation.
  • Prioritization skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
