About the role

Join our team as a Data Analyst where you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering correct, accurate, and complete data solutions that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical methodologies, data visualization techniques, and the ability to transform insights into actionable business recommendations.

You will work within our Government services team dedicated to the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). TRICARE is the Department of Defense's (DoD) healthcare program, and the TOP specifically addresses the healthcare needs of those living outside the United States.

This role requires a unique savvy and communication style which blends both informative and influencing roles. The role will work in multicultural environments and the power to impact decision making is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Create, document, and maintain analytical Dashboards in alignment with contractual requirements for our platform
  • Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operational metrics.
  • Utilize advanced data modeling and predictive analytics techniques to interpret key findings.
  • Optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, engineering, modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables.

About you

 

  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
