Job Description

The Director of Nursing - Saudi Arabia is a residential role with the following primary responsibilities;

• Responsible for the administrative and clinical operations of the Nursing and Allied Health Departments to include the leadership/participation in strategic planning, business development; programme evaluation.
• Support for staff mentoring and general medical operations is also a key element.
• Responsible for the implementation and delivery of age appropriate patient care congruent with the mission, vision and values of the Organisation.
• Responsible for ensuring nursing/allied health staff adhere to their Professional Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice of the Saudi regulatory body.
• Manages clinical and operational activities and ensure the provision of optimum patient safety, clinical care and customer satisfaction.
• Leads the Nurse/Allied Health Team and is responsible for the overall nursing and allied health management, service delivery and evaluation of their clinical departments.

Qualification

• BSc or MSc in Nursing/Healthcare or Medical Management 
• Appropriate Nursing registration in country of origin
• Fully registered and licensed to practice OR the ability to obtain this within KSA
