We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, based in Geneva or Zurich.
As an Business Development Manager with the world’s leading health and security services company you are responsible for driving growth. You identify, analyse, and unlock new sales opportunities while developing tailored solutions for our clients to help protect their employees from health and securtiy risks.

Key responsibilities
- Client Management: Identify and develop sales opportunities within your assigned market segment.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to generate global leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Strategy: Develop a go‑to‑market plan for your market segment, including the analysis of growth opportunities, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
- Business Implementation: Take ownership of the successful execution of new business deals – covering administrative, operational, and financial activities.
- Proposal Management: Coordinate administrative and financial processes such as contract reviews, proposals, invoicing, and tender submissions.
- Market Insight: Continuously monitor market trends and developments and represent the company at relevant industry events.
About you
- Previous experience as Business Development Manager in a professional services environment
- Experience of selling in a global b2b sales environment
- A passion for research and finding solutions
- Excellent numeric, written, and commercial negotiation skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously
- An excellent communicator and customer advocate
- A natural networker and a team player
- Fluent in English and French or German
