Workforce Planning Analyst

What you'll do
- Develop and manage workforce plans, schedules, and rostering solutions aligned with service demand and operational requirements.
- Analyse staffing trends, performance metrics, headcount, and workforce costs to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to support resourcing strategies, talent deployment, and workforce optimisation across teams and locations.
- Deliver insightful reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and workforce management projects.
- Maintain and enhance client reporting platforms, ensuring accurate and high-quality reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives and global projects through planning, coordination, tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
Someone who has:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, resource management, or operational analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with reporting and dashboard tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Knowledge of workforce management systems, CRM, or contact centre environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of healthcare, assistance, or service operations is a plus.
Required Work experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in Workforce Planning, Workforce Management, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience working in an operational or customer service environment.
- Experience in healthcare, assistance, or contact centre operations is advantageous.
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or people management experience is beneficial.
