Operational Marketing Specialist

Purpose of the Job:

The Operational Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns using Eloqua, operational processes in Salesforce.com and Sitecore as well as marketing attribution tracking. This role is instrumental in supporting the Americas tactical marketing plans with a heavy emphasis on campaign build, execution, and performance tracking.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Marketing

• Own the day-to-day creation, deployment, and performance management of Eloqua-based email campaigns, forms, and nurture programs.
• Ensure campaigns are accurately segmented, scored, and tracked through Eloqua and integrated with Salesforce.com.
• Build and maintain lead nurturing programs that support the buyer’s journey and increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to optimize Eloqua assets, monitor deliverability, and maintain data hygiene.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
• Report on campaign effectiveness and ROI, leveraging Eloqua and Salesforce dashboards.

Web

• Work with Content Marketing Team to load articles, case studies and blog posts on the International SOS .com site using Sitecore 10.
• Publishing on-demand content for past webinars on the International SOS .com site using Sitecore 10.
• Support Content marketing Team with landing pages creation on the International SOS website using Sitecore 10.

Design

• Support the Regional Marketing Team with the creation of sales enablement assets such as PowerPoint presentations, internal announcements etc.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with Eloqua campaign builds and marketing automation best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms, especially Salesforce.com, for campaign tracking and reporting and Sitecore 10 for landing page creations.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple digital projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Content, and Digital Marketing teams.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

Required Work Experience:

• 1–3 years in a marketing role with direct Eloqua, Salesforce or comparable automation and CRM platforms experience
• Proven track record in digital campaign execution and analysis
• Experience in a business-to-business environment; global experience a plus

Education:

• College degree or relevant experience qualification in marketing, communications, IT, media and/or related discipline

Location/Travel:

• This is a hybrid role, based in our office 3 days per week. Current location in Trevose, PA with planned move to office in Blue Bell, PA   #Americas
• Minimal travel required - occasional travel based on campaign or regional sales support needs
