Purpose of the Job:

As a member of the finance team, the Finance FP&A Business Partner will work closely with the Finance leads as well as the Assistance Services Americas Leadership team to support the overall planning, forecasting, and budgeting process in addition to variance analysis. The position requires regular interaction and partnership with leaders of multiple functional areas, including but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, IT, and Finance/Accounting. Process improvement, standardization, and sustainability are keys to success in this role.

  • This is a hybrid role, based in our Blue Bell, PA office 3 days per week, remote 2 days.  #Americas

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cadence and deliverables for the overall Assistance Americas budgets/forecasts and the related actuals reporting.
  • Work with Functional Leads in Assistance Americas (Sales, HR, IT, Legal, etc.) to ensure proper management of costs for back-office functions.
  • Complete monthly reporting package and liaise with the Assistance Business Line FP&A team on all deliverables.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of all financial systems (notably TM1) for Assistance Americas and coordinate with the local FP&A team.
  • Provide value added financial data and analysis to impact key business decisions
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business and application of knowledge into planning and analysis activities.
  • Conduct ad-hoc planning and analysis, as required, to support executive staff and build sustainable analysis packages as needed throughout the year.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information which may be encountered either directly or indirectly while in performance of the job in strict confidence and in accordance with HIPAA and/or any other pertinent privacy regulations

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong business acumen and solid financial management skills.
  • Strong process and organization skills are a pre-requisite
  • Good communication and presentation skills as well as good job management skills are vital.
  • Hardworking, hands-on, honest, loyal, and able to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of accounting software packages
  • Highly motivated and able to get along and influence people at various levels of the Company

Required Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in Accounting/Finance

 

Required Education:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
