Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall development and delivery of Workforce Resilience Product working closely with Product Directors, Architects and Enterprise Architecture team. Define development standards, testing metrics and processes to build the technical solutions for new feature development according to business goals and commercial value. Work closely with scrum teams in guiding and executing the roadmap with minimum technical debt. Participate in the recruiting process to bring good technical talent and upskill the resources according to needs. Design and develop scalable web and mobile solutions using the latest technology standards to meet market requirements. Develop solution features following development best practices, ensuring solution performance and users adoption. Develop integrations with external systems (3rd Party Integration tools such as MuleSoft, Okta etc.) according to the defined architecture guidelines. Review & define technical solutions with impact assessment to WFR as a single product offering. Build scalable solutions in line with reference architecture and containerization principles. Collaborate closely with Technical, Testing and Design teams to define exceptional experiences and scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, security, and architectural standards. Ensure clear and comprehensive product documentation.
Position Requires:
Bachelor's degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The candidate must have 5 years of experience in working with web and mobile app development tools using programming languages such as C# or Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and React, as well as databases like SQL Server or Oracle or Postgres and project management experience, providing architecture and design solutions, and working in cloud environments like AWS/Azure/GCP.
