Operations Executive, TRICARE Japan

About the Role

We are currently looking for an Operations Executive on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. This individual will provide an end to end service for our local healthcare providers and US military patients in Japan from appointment making as well as issue resolution to claims payment.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure the accurate and timely processing of Japan authorisations and attendant appointments, within International SOS standards and contractual KPIs
• To ensure the accurate timely functioning of the Japan Payments Processing including upload to the client portals and claim reimbursement
• Help resolve claims issues on behalf of local healthcare providers and US military patients, working with International SOS teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution within TRICARE rules

About You

• Experience demonstrating customer service skills in the private sector
• Claims/billing experience
• Knowledge of hospital/medical administration a plus
• Attention to detail
• Able to work to tight timelines
• Proactive problem solver, analytical thinker, good organizational skills
• Comfortable with financial data and reconciliations
• Experience studying or living overseas a plus
• Business level English 
• Fluent in Japanese
