We’re looking for a hands-on Japanese-English Bilingual Senior Digital Marketing Executive to drive demand, generate leads, and boost brand awareness through SEO, SEM, email, social, and marketing automation.

Description:

  • Execute digital marketing activities across multiple channels, including website, SEO, SEM, email, mobile, display, PPC, and social media, ensuring localization and cultural relevance for the Japanese market
  • Plan, design, and implement multi-channel campaigns aligned with Japan’s marketing strategy and global standards
  • Launch and optimize online advertisements through platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to increase brand awareness and drive conversions
  • Manage SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimization, and technical SEO tailored to Japanese search behavior
  • Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns using Eloqua to nurture, score, and qualify leads
  • Serve as the primary contact for Eloqua, Sitecore, and Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring smooth integration and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (GA4, Power BI), optimize for ROI, and prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and ensure database health and segmentation to support effective lead nurturing
  • Collaborate closely with local and global teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with Japan-specific business objectives

Requirements

  • Native or business level of Japanese
  • Business level of English 
  • Solid foundation in digital marketing, including website management. SEO, SEM, email, and social media
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions to maximise campaign ROI
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with MarTech solutions; ability to leverage tools for marketing automation and analytics
  • Understanding of lead generation, demand generation, and sales performance KPIs

Preferred: Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce, and Sitecore
