We’re looking for a hands-on Japanese-English Bilingual Senior Content Marketing Executive to drive demand, generate leads, and boost brand awareness through SEO, SEM, email, social, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a Japan-specific content calendar, prioritizing campaigns that align with local market needs
- Create localized and original content for marketing campaigns, presentations, and speaking opportunities, ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Repurpose global content for Japanese channels, including social media and video, while maintaining relevance
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful campaigns and thought leadership pieces
- Maintain and update buyer personas and the content grid with insights on Japanese market trends and decision-making behaviors
- Monitor market dynamics and incorporate cultural nuances into messaging strategies
- Support account-based marketing initiatives with tailored content for key accounts
Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Ability to create compelling, audience-focused content across multiple channels
- Experience with design tools (Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video creation is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
