We’re looking for a hands-on Japanese-English Bilingual PR and Event Marketing Executive to elevate brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen market presence through impactful media relations,
Description:
- Lead PR activities including media relations, press releases, and thought‑leadership content in Japanese.
- Manage end‑to‑end execution of webinars, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, scheduling, and on‑site support.
- Create localized event materials such as invitations, presentations, and post‑event reports.
- Track and report event performance, including lead generation and ROI.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns by aligning PR and event activities with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor market trends and incorporate cultural insights into PR and event strategies
Requirements:
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on PR and event marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with design tools and webinar platforms is a plus.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or international organizations preferred.
