The Digital Solutions Advisor is a client-facing digital expert who helps drive growth by translating Workforce Resilience (WFR) digital solutions into clear business value.
Partnering closely with Sales and Product teams, this role supports new sales, client retention, and successful adoption by demonstrating how digital solutions solve real client challenges in Japan.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert on Workforce Resilience digital solutions
- Support Sales teams through client meetings, demos, and value-based positioning of digital capabilities
- Help address client questions and objections related to functionality, privacy, accessibility, and information security
- Enable Sales teams by coaching them to independently articulate digital value propositions
- Provide regional market, customer, and competitor insights to Product teams to support product development and prioritization
- Support product launches and go-to-market activities in the region
- Collaborate with Account Management and Client Services to support smooth client onboarding and implementation
- Assist with bids, tenders, and RFP responses related to digital solutions
- Act as an escalation point for critical digital issues that may impact client retention
- Travel as required for client-facing activities within the region
Requirements
- Business-level English and Japanese
- Experience in B2B consultative sales, solution advisory, or business development
- Strong understanding of digital/IT solutions
- Proven record of revenue growth support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
