We’re looking for a Japanese-English Bilingual Client Success Specialist to help both our clients and lso our sales team for the smooth operations
Description:
- Customer-facing role supporting clients across the APAC region, based in Tokyo
- Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate throughout the client lifecycle
- Manage client onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing support
- Ensure high client satisfaction and successful adoption of products and services
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Technical, Operations, and Data teams
- Support client reviews, discussions, and continuous service improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate client information and stay current on product updates and roadmaps
Requirements:
- Experience in client success, account support, or B2B service delivery
- Background working in an international or regional environment preferred
- Strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience working cross-functionally and in multicultural teams
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Additional APAC language skills (e.g., Korean or Chinese) are a plus
