About the role

Key role in support of the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) administration of healthcare support services globally. Multifunctional position driving administrative coordination and delivery of core service elements enabling the wider team performance and customer satisfaction.  

Key responsibilities

  • Coordination of the medical records collection processes to facilitate the collection, translation and delivery of medical records to stakeholders
  • Process any other TOP related administrative activities as per given instructions to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Deliver medical service administrative activities supporting TOP beneficiary healthcare support services
  • Maintains confidentiality of all beneficiary information
  • Understand and carry out all processes, policies and procedures pertaining to the duties of a TOP Administrator
  • Maintain all documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. Respond to in-bound inquiries promptly and ensure complete resolution
  • Send written communication to follow up with beneficiaries and providers, when appropriate
  • To work with the wider Intl.SOS teams to ensure TRICARE processes, self-service tools and benefits rules are understood and communicated accurately to beneficiaries and providers
  • Actively promote electronic submission and payment solutions and other self-servicing products
  • Maintain specific quality and quantity standards, including service level key performance indicators
  • Always adhere to company policies and procedures  
  • If requested, assist with the training and mentoring of new staff
  • Attends and participates in International SOS staff meetings and educational offerings

About you

  • High school diploma/Upper Secondary (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • 2-3 years customer service year experience, (email, web based or physical correspondence)
  • Experience working/processing in a healthcare environment an advantage
  • Experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using computers as the primary job tools
  • Team player and ability to achieve targets
  • Organized with the ability to effectively manage own time
