We are looking for a Healthcare Provider Account Manager to oversee our medical provider network in Germany. You will manage key provider relationships, coordinate all stages of the provider lifecycle, and act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will ensure providers are well-informed, compliant with program requirements, and supported to deliver outstanding care. This includes overseeing provider data accuracy, resolving issues, and implementing client-driven processes.
This is a frontline, provider-facing role requiring strong relationship management, operational understanding, and a solutions-focused mindset. You will engage directly with senior provider stakeholders to drive performance, resolve challenges, and improve service delivery.
Around 50% travel within Germany is required.
Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of healthcare providers and act as their main point of contact

Build strong relationships with providers to meet contract and service targets

Focus on medical record collection targets/ KPI's and provider network coverage

Support providers through onboarding, assessment, and ongoing participation in the network

Act as the escalation point for provider issues and resolve blockers to programme requirements

Work closely with internal teams to ensure the provider network meets client needs

Identify and onboard new providers where there are gaps in coverage

Keep provider information accurate and up to date across systems

Support providers with medical record submissions, including Electronic Health Records transfers

Identify recurring provider or client issues and coordinate solutions (e.g. claims, credentialing, site assessments)
About you
- Proven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or qualification by experience
- Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Highly proficient in German
- Self-starter, self-driven to deliver results
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients / providers / suppliers and cross departmental team members
- Proven experience in building strong and effective relationships with medical professionals at medical institutions – including senior management levels
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
- Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities
