About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Account Management function across the Nordics. This role is pivotal in driving client retention, growth, and team performance across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers across the Nordic region.
- Drive client migration and adoption of Workforce Resilience (WFR) solutions.
- Maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all business lines.
- Provide executive-level support for strategic accounts and complex negotiations.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and exceed gross profit and retention targets.
- Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with commercial goals.
- Represent the organisation at internal and external forums to promote services.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure compliance with CRM and forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support renewals and growth.
- Identify and mitigate client retention risks through proactive engagement.
About you
- Proven leadership experience in sales or account management within B2B or service sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and performance management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional Nordic language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Nordics and Northern Europe.
