  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for Aspire Lifestyles.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, on budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Bring strong leadership, communication skills, and proven project management experience.

 B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)

  • Project Management: Lead projects from initiation through implementation, managing resources, budgets, risks, and changes. Ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and budget requirements. Track financials, managing variances with change control.
  • Project Direction: Champion project success with dedication to long-term business goals. Drive innovation, suggest creative solutions, and develop new initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring contingencies are prepared.
  • Change Management: Manage and communicate changes in project scope, schedule, or resources, ensuring that impacts are well-documented and approved through change control processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to align expectations and maintain clear communication.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between departments, fostering collaboration across teams (e.g., IT, marketing, finance) to streamline project execution and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Resource Allocation: Assess resource requirements and optimize allocation to maximize efficiency, balance workloads, and avoid project bottlenecks.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with senior leaders, peers, clients, and vendors. Foster open dialogue and active listening within the team.
  • Process Improvement: Quickly understand business processes and lead initiatives for process improvements. Facilitate change and remove roadblocks in collaboration with IT and business teams.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, maintain accurate documentation, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Project Close-Out: Conduct post-project evaluations, document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement in project management processes.

  • Strong evidence of problem solving and analytical skillsets  
  • Experience with change management approaches and tools used to facilitate acceptance in projects requiring significant changes in operational processes and behaviours

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with the client, product management and development teams in coordinating tasks and deliverables
  • Raise issues and risks, drive solutions and obtain consensus in refinement of release objectives

Required Work Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • Strong background in call center technologies, CRM systems, and a solid understanding of current technology trends and platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, with hands-on experience managing all aspects of project delivery, including vendor and partner management.
  • Demonstrated experience working with both internal business teams and external client teams to drive project success.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies, with the ability to adapt processes to fit project needs.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within project environments.
  • Experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) to streamline project tracking and reporting.
  • Program management experience with global or cross-functional projects is preferred.
  • Ability to handle complex project portfolios, with experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
