Senior TRICARE Support Executive

Overall Purpose of the Role

About the Role:
The Senior TSE is responsible for accurate BSC Payment Processing, financial reconciliation, and resolving payment-related inquiries for our valued military beneficiaries. This role offers a balanced mix of finance reconciliation tasks (75%) and inbound finance-related calls (25%).

As a Senior TSE, you’ll work closely with the TRICARE Select Team, Assistance Center teams, and external subcontractors to support critical financial operations within the TRICARE contract.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile payments (check, wire, ACH, credit card)
• Manage BSC Payment/Finance calls and resolve beneficiary inquiries
• Perform monthly reconciliation tasks and reporting
• Collaborate with supervisors and contractors to resolve financial discrepancies
• Support new hire training as requested
• Consistently meet quality, quantity, and policy standards
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

What we're looking for

Computer and Excel Skills: Proficient in typing and using a computer with multiple screens and for excel must know pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
Customer-Focused: Committed to meeting needs and resolving issues.
Finance Knowledge: Experience in reconciliation or working with numbers.
Team Player: Collaborative and effective communicator.

This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. International SOS will facilitate.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and web browsing
Ability to work shift-based schedules (fixed shifts per business needs)
