International SOS Government Services is looking for a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join our TRICARE Overseas Program team. This is your opportunity to design, deliver, and transform training that empowers people to succeed in a mission-driven, high-performance environment supporting service members, their families, and government clients across the globe.
What You'll do
- Lead engaging new hire induction programs using blended learning methods (classroom, virtual, self-directed, just-in-time).
- Design cutting-edge digital learning content—e-learnings, videos, job aids—that stick.
- Champion digital transformation in training, introducing innovative methods like microlearning, adaptive content, and personalized learning paths.
- Manage and optimize our Learning Management System, ensuring a seamless experience and measurable results.
- Partner with operations, clinical trainers, and quality teams to ensure training drives performance in real-world scenarios.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve programs and elevate learner experience.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in Learning & Development (call center or operations experience a plus).
- Strong instructional design skills with a knack for making complex topics clear.
- Comfortable with LMS platforms, virtual classrooms, and multimedia learning tools.
- Analytical thinker who thrives on improving results and adapting to new challenges.
- Excellent communicator who can connect with learners of all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. International SOS will facilitate.
