About the role
The Junior Marketing Executive (KSA) will support the execution of marketing activities dedicated to developing our market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) as well as the wider Middle East when required. This role will contribute to campaign management, content development, events, PR, and digital marketing initiatives tailored to the KSA market. The position will work closely with the Middle East Marketing Team, Global Marketing Team, and local stakeholders to ensure activities align with business priorities and resonate with Saudi audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in delivering marketing campaigns for KSA to meet regional and organisational KPIs.
- Support the development of marketing materials (case studies, presentations, email campaigns, videos, etc.) with a focus on Saudi market relevance (in English and Arabic).
- Support lead generation activities through email campaigns, tracking responses, and database management in collaboration with the sales team.
- Coordinate in-person events and conferences in KSA, managing logistics, promotion, and on-site/digital execution. Also support with webinar planning and execution for the region.
- Assist with the adaptation and execution of social media activities to engage Saudi audiences, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
- Support public relations activities for the region, including coordination with media outlets and agencies when required.
- Maintain and manage distribution of marketing collateral relevant to the Saudi market.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team as required.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (internship experience considered).
- Saudi national (mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Hubspot or equivalent is an advantage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
