About the role
This position will provide administrative and technical support to the Regional Manager, Compensation and Benefits Africa to deliver on regional as well as group projects and objectives. The scope includes providing support to Country Teams on HRIS (Human resource information system) on the compensation module, performance module and all the related HR systems, merit and bonus submission support, reporting, analysis as well as project coordination between regional and global teams and countries.
Key responsibilities
- Monthly Bonus accruals and working with Finance and Compliance for International SOS for MEA
- Oversee the Compensation module in HRIS (Human Resources Information system tool) during the annual bonus review process
- Perform Compensation Studies on Yearly basis to have an overview of the Country Employee Competitiveness
- Obtain salary increase trends, GDP and inflation from Korn Ferry to propose to Country HR to review
- Country Merit Budget and obtain approval from Management before submitting to Group R&R
- Maintain up to date inventory of the R&R practices to have a detail and overview of Benefits Entitlement across the region
- Train new employees and support HR community as a HRIS Champion for the region
- Conduct data accuracy audits
- Ensure employees' SSO functionality is enabled and working.
- Assist the Group Rewards team to manage the MyPerformance process by responding to specific requests.
Job Profile
- IT literate and proficient in the usage of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Office.
- Advanced MS Excel Skills.
- Numerical Skills, analytical ability and solutions focused
- Ability to work in a complex matrix environment.
- Able to communicate at all levels, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle complex work situations with the necessary skills and diplomacy to produce effective outcomes;
- At least 2 years in Reward and Recognition /accounting/ FP&A
- Preferred experience in financial/data analysis
- Experience in an international corporation preferred: open-minded, broad view and sensitive to cultural differences
