Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Commercial & Projects Analyst supports the Projects & Commercial Analysis function by consolidating, and structuring Sales data across Major Projects.

The role is focused on ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting, enabling monthly performance tracking, informed decision-making, and visibility on key pipelines and project progress. The Analyst will play a key role in maintaining dashboards (Power BI), supporting MBRs, and supporting on core tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Power BI, regional inputs, tracking sheets)
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of monthly reporting data
  • Maintain centralised tracking files and reporting templates
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders on missing or inconsistent data
  • Prepare and update monthly reporting datasets
  • Support preparation of reporting tables and summaries
  • Ensure all data is up to date and aligned before reporting deadlines
  • Support maintenance and updates of Power BI dashboards
  • Refresh datasets and validate reported outputs
  • Assist in building simple visuals and improving dashboard structure
  • Ensure dashboards reflect latest performance and pipeline data

Required Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Strong Excel skills (data cleaning, structuring, formulas)
  • Power BI (basic to intermediate):
  • Data refresh and maintenance
  • Building simple visuals
  • Ability to work with large and unstructured datasets
  • Exposure to CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage

Required Work Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in:
  • Data analysis / reporting / business support roles
  • Experience handling data consolidation or reporting cycles preferred
