Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Product Marketing Manager, Medical Services (MS) plays a pivotal role within the MS Products and Solutions team by leading targeted product marketing initiatives focused on digital platforms, development of comprehensive product marketing materials, and fostering seamless internal and external communications. This position serves as a central driver to enhance product visibility, support sales enablement, and cultivate growth opportunities for the MS portfolio.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with MS Product Owners including the Head of Digital, Product Directors, Managers, and Specialists to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution of marketing efforts. Cooperation with Sales and client-facing teams is essential to gather insights, optimize messaging, and tailor campaigns that resonate with diverse audience segments. Additionally, you will partner with the broader Marketing department to synchronize brand messaging and maximize outreach impact.

Key Responsibilities

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Being a key influencer in shaping product positioning and storytelling to meet both business and customer needs.
  • Creating multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging print, digital, and video to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives that harmonize messaging across internal and external communication platforms.
  • Utilizing advanced marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic refinement.
  • Contributing to thought leadership in the healthcare marketing space through innovative content and engagement tactics.
  • Manage and oversee the design and development of communication material such as presentations, digital brochures, videos, news and updates, website content, infographics and images for internal distribution – utilising external vendors, where required.
  • Develop and implement effective solution related communications. e.g. through the development of templates, driving news & updates, and creation of appealing content and visuals for internal platforms, such as sales workshops, internal websites, newsletters, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design specialists to deliver marketing and communication projects and provide project management support for the Products and Solutions team.
  • Track and report on effectiveness of programmes and campaign metrics.

Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated expertise in graphic and digital design across a broad range of media including print, digital, and video, with a strong portfolio evidencing creativity and technical skill.
  • Proficiency in translating complex data, analytics, and technical medical information into accessible, engaging marketing narratives tailored to varied audiences.
  • Experience managing end-to-end content production and executing integrated marketing campaigns over multiple channels, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful product communications and collateral that support business goals and customer engagement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential for the creation of professional marketing assets.
