Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will be responsible for supporting and driving the agenda for products, solutions, and strategic initiatives within the product portfolio, under the leadership of the Acting Head of Products & Solutions.

This role will contribute to streamlining the end-to-end client experience and supporting business growth through the continuous enhancement of products and services, data-driven decision-making, and ongoing innovation.

The incumbent will lead and manage product-related projects and workstreams from planning through execution and reporting. The role also includes supporting sales activities, product development, market research, and broader product management initiatives, as assigned.

The role is commercially oriented and supports the global Sales teams, regional Medical Services teams, and other stakeholder groups in relation to client activities, project delivery, and sales opportunities. A key focus of the position is the implementation and ownership of Marketing and Communications initiatives that support the profitability, visibility, and growth of the Clinics and Workplace Solutions product portfolio.

The scope of the role is global in nature and requires extensive international and cross-cultural collaboration, as well as occasional travel.

Description:

  • Provide thought leadership for existing and new Products and coordinate the product initiatives in line with and integrated in the overall MSBL Commercial strategy.
  • Provide continuous assessment and innovation for the development of new products and business opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive product management support for Medical Services Products, existing and new, and coordinate the product initiatives in line with and integrated in the overall product level and overarching Medical Services product strategy.
  • Raise the overall awareness of Medical Services products in the Group and support with assessing ways to improve gross margins weighted by commercial & market conditions.
  • Ensure implementation of business rules for the provision of the products and solutions and drive product awareness globally
  • Work closely with all stakeholders and the Regions to drive the business development for Medical Services products.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Successful track record of business development, including tactical client level support and negotiation
  • Successful track record of leading product-related projects;
  • Proven experience in product analytics and product marketing;
  • Project-based consulting experience, desirable;
  • Past successful experience in working in regional/functional matrix organization;
