Workforce Planning Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Data Analyst to join our TRICARE team in Prague. In this role, you’ll help us understand current and future workforce needs, improve planning accuracy, and support better decision-making across our operations.

You’ll work closely with leaders and stakeholders, build forecasts and reports, analyze performance trends, and help ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create workforce forecasts, resource models, and planning reports.
  • Analyze historical and current data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support headcount planning, capacity planning, rostering, and service level performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and SSRS.
  • Work with data from multiple systems and help ensure it is accurate, complete, and reliable.
  • Partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders to turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, planning, and team performance.
  • Work with contact center/WFM tools, including NICE CXone, reporting, dashboards, skills, AUX/ACW codes, and related enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in workforce planning, workforce management, data analytics, BI, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience in a contact center / WFM environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Good knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Experience with NICE CXone or a similar WFM/contact center platform.
  • Ability to build clear reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to explain complex information in a simple, business-friendly way.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work with stakeholders across different teams.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
  • Experience with AI-powered BI tools, automation, or advanced forecasting.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, or data pipelines.
  • A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
