Reports Specialist- Medical Capability

Contract: Full time and Hybrid

Location: Park, Karla Engliše 3201/6, 150 00 Praha 5-Anděl, Czechia  (3x a week in office)

Are you a skilled Reports writer with a keen interest in medical security?  

We are looking for a committed Reports Specialist to join our Medical Capability Reports (MCR) team and drive the delivery of high-quality reports that support global medical readiness for our TRICARE partner. 

The MCR team collects and performs in-depth analyses of facility capabilities and healthcare and transport infrastructure, for locations across the globe. The team then generate essential reports that contribute to the emergency and contingency preparedness of our US Military healthcare client worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and evaluate non-clinical data from hospitals and healthcare facilities in designated regions.

  • Compile detailed reports covering medical infrastructure, facility capacity, staffing levels, and service availability.

  • Assess strategic communications capabilities, including emergency response systems and interoperability.

  • Analyse logistics support factors such as supply chain reliability, transportation access, and medevac feasibility.

  • Monitor geopolitical and environmental risks that may affect medical readiness in key locations.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, local partners, and government entities to verify and validate information sources.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and records in accordance with quality and compliance standards.

  • Present findings in a clear, accessible format to support decision-making and mission planning.

  • Support internal training or briefings related to healthcare infrastructure analysis and capability assessments.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data-gathering methodologies and intelligence frameworks.

  • Maintain situational awareness of emerging global health system trends, particularly in austere or unstable regions.

About you

  • Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.

  • Internet and database research/investigative skills.

  • Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with data management and reporting tools.

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.

  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow set procedures and meet strict deadlines.

  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness; capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment where collaboration is essential.

  • Ability to interpret infrastructure and logistical data in a strategic context.

  • Knowledge of medical evacuation systems, healthcare regulations, and international health networks is a plus.

  • Experience working in a military, government, or humanitarian setting is desirable.
