Join our international team and help manage relationships and data for our global network of medical, security, aviation, and logistics providers.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data, providers, and international colleagues, and who feels comfortable communicating in French and English on a daily basis.
Our medical, security, aviation, and logistics providers are a core asset of International SOS and play a key role in supporting our services worldwide.
What you will be doing
- Communicating with providers via email and phone (mainly in French and English).
- Collecting, validating, and updating provider information in our internal systems.
- Supporting provider onboarding and routine maintenance activities.
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and occasional projects.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across different teams and regions.
What we really need
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written) – this is a must-have.
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (ideally 2+ years).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable team player who can also work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
(Experience in healthcare or a corporate service environment is a plus, but not a must.)
