Network Services Support specialist with French


We are looking for Network Services Support specialist with French which will be responsible for support, administrative tasks and project in our Prague team!

Medical, Security, Aviation and Logistic providers (the “network”) are a core Group asset and an essential part of our value proposition, supporting many products and services across all business lines within International SOS

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct contact with providers – by phone or email - to obtain credentials, validate data and updating a central provider and location data base.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy as outlined in the Group Network Services procedures.

• Execute on agreed credentialing processes and ensure documents uploaded in SPIN is correct, fully completed, validated and translated.

• Perform general provider education when onboarding providers and / or performing routine provider maintenance activities

• Maintain good collaboration across Business Lines and Programs.

• Support Network Services in special projects and specialized administrative tasks on request.

• Support Network Services in the execution of their Network Development Plan.

• Support the preparation of provider agreements and for uploading these in SPIN.

• Supporting Network Services in the preparation of trips and trip record completion.

Required:

• Very good English and French and communication and interpersonal skills (verbal/written)

• Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in an administration role, preferably in healthcare or service industry.

• Experience within an operational or procedural driven environment.

• Strong administrative, customer service and organization skills
• Team player that is also able to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to challenge existing processes and propose possible solutions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
