We is seeking a Provider Credentials & Data Quality Specialist to join our TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) Network Services team. 

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing credentials and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of provider data within our SPIN system – directly contributing to the high-quality healthcare support we provide to U.S. military members and their families overseas.

About the role

  • Manage provider credentialing processes in line with TRICARE contractual requirements and corporate guidelines.

  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date service provider information is maintained in our systems.

  • Engage directly with healthcare providers to obtain credentials and required documentation.

  • Support audits, data quality initiatives, and specialized provider networks (e.g., Mental Health, ABA, Telehealth).

  • Assist with provider agreement preparations and collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Participate in cross-regional projects, automation efforts, and continuous process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with TRICARE KPIs and data accuracy standards.

  • Review, validate, and, where necessary, translate key provider documentation.

  • Promote positive provider relationships and act as a representative of the TRICARE Overseas Program.

  • Support onboarding, audits, and internal quality improvement processes.

About you

  • Experience in data management, credentialing, or healthcare administration preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with providers and internal teams.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and document review skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with data systems (experience with SPIN is a plus).

  • Multilingual skills are advantageous, especially for reviewing host nation language documents.
