Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with written communication in English?
We’re looking for a Medical Records Collection Specialist to join our team in Prague. In this role, you’ll support the administration of healthcare services for beneficiaries around the world and help ensure that important medical service processes run smoothly and accurately.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration, customer service, or back-office support who enjoys working in an international environment and wants to be part of a meaningful healthcare-related service.
What You’ll Do
- Handle and process healthcare-related administrative tasks in line with internal procedures.
- Coordinate the collection and delivery of medical records and related documentation.
- Update and maintain accurate information in internal systems.
- Respond to written inquiries and follow up with beneficiaries or providers when needed.
- Make sure documentation is complete, accurate, and handled confidentially.
- Support the team with routine administrative activities and help keep processes running smoothly.
- Follow quality, productivity, and service level standards.

- Verbal English skills.
- Knowledge of another language in addition to English and Czech.
- Experience supporting training or mentoring of new colleagues.
