Global Workforce Director, TRICARE Overseas Program

We’re seeking a Global Workforce & Field Operations Director to partner closely with the Head of Global Operations in driving operational excellence, workforce strategy, and large-scale transformation across our international delivery network.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of our global workforce management framework.

• Drive forecasting, scheduling, and performance optimization across multiple sites.

• Support strategic planning, executive reporting, and transformation initiatives including AI, automation, and digital enablement.

• Enhance SLA performance through proactive operational oversight and real-time decision-making.

• Lead and develop a global team of planners, analysts, and reporting specialists.

• Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Operations to embed new ways of working and ensure data-driven, compliant, high-performance operations.

What we expect:

• 7–10+ years of workforce management or service delivery experience in healthcare/insurance BPO or large contact center environments.

• Proven leadership across global operations and transformation programs.

• Expertise with WFM tools (e.g., NICE) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills with executive presence.
