🔍 What you’ll be doing
- Own end-to-end FP&A activities for your part of the region, with a focus on month-end close, reporting, and planning
- Partner closely with accounting to ensure an accurate and timely close, including work in IBM TM1 (invoice tagging, deferred revenue) and validation of accruals
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather inputs such as headcount, salaries and other costs
- Prepare clear and insightful monthly financial reports and performance summaries
- Analyze variances vs. budget and forecast, identify key drivers, trends, and one-off items
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including coordination of inputs and maintenance of planning models in TM1
- Work with reporting tools (e.g., Cognos) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and build a deeper understanding of business drivers
- Actively contribute to process improvements, with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and better ways of working
✅ What we’re looking for
- 2 + years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with large data sets
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA is a plus)
- Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting basics
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently
💡 Nice to have
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization
- Familiarity with tools like TM1 or Cognos
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate numbers into business insights
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
