🔍 What you’ll be doing

  • Own end-to-end FP&A activities for your part of the region, with a focus on month-end close, reporting, and planning
  • Partner closely with accounting to ensure an accurate and timely close, including work in IBM TM1 (invoice tagging, deferred revenue) and validation of accruals
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather inputs such as headcount, salaries and other costs
  • Prepare clear and insightful monthly financial reports and performance summaries
  • Analyze variances vs. budget and forecast, identify key drivers, trends, and one-off items
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including coordination of inputs and maintenance of planning models in TM1
  • Work with reporting tools (e.g., Cognos) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and build a deeper understanding of business drivers
  • Actively contribute to process improvements, with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and better ways of working

✅ What we’re looking for

  • 2 + years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with large data sets
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting basics
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently

💡 Nice to have

  • Experience in a multinational or matrix organization
  • Familiarity with tools like TM1 or Cognos
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate numbers into business insights
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
