We're looking for a Finance BI & Planning Analyst

to join our FP&A Technology & Analytics team. You don’t need deep finance experience; basic understanding from school or internships is perfectly fine. What matters most is strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

What you will do:

  • Work with Excel on an advanced level and maintain reporting templates for management
  • Perform routine data checks and validations to make sure numbers are correct and consistent
  • Spot issues early - and communicate them clearly to FP&A analysts
  • Support work with tools like IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Power BI, Cognos (we will teach you 😊)
  • Help extract, prepare, and validate financial datasets
  • Update and maintain desktop procedures, guidelines, and user documentation
  • Support report refreshes, ad‑hoc requests, and small improvement tasks
  • Assist with system testing and analytics initiatives within the FP&A team

Skills & Experience:

What you should bring:

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced user) - this is the key requirement
  • Basic understanding of finance or accounting (school knowledge is absolutely enough)
  • Interest in financial systems, reporting tools, and data flows
  • Great attention to detail and ability to catch issues early
  • Proactive communication - you don’t wait for problems to grow
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn tools like TM1, Power BI, Cognos
  • First work experience or internship in finance/data is a plus, but not required
