Customer Service Executive

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members of the US military community and their families living overseas.

💙 What you’ll be doing

This is more than just a customer service job. You’ll be supporting people who need help navigating healthcare – often in important or stressful situations. No two days are the same.

• Taking inbound calls from clients around the world
• Helping them access medical care locally
• Answering questions about enrolment, treatment, and claims
• Coordinating with hospitals, clinics and providers globally
• Booking or updating medical appointments
• Managing cases in our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Following up to make sure everything is resolved

✅ What we’re looking for

• Experience in customer service (call center is a plus, but not required)
• Strong English (spoken & written)
• A second European language is a big advantage
• Great communication and listening skills
• A calm, empathetic and positive approach
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive mindset
