We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst who will play a key role in transforming our organization’s processes to enhance efficiency, agility, and overall performance.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Process Analysis - Conduct deep-dive assessments of existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to fully understand business objectives and align processes with organizational goals.
Data Gathering & Documentation - Collect and analyze key data to map the current state of business operations.
Process Mapping & Design - Develop clear, detailed process maps and flowcharts for current and future states.
Communicate process changes and improvement recommendations to all relevant stakeholders.
Process Improvement - Identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives backed by data and stakeholder insights.
Performance Metrics - Define and track KPIs to measure process effectiveness and improvement impact.
Technology Integration - Evaluate and implement technology solutions that streamline and enhance processes.
Collaborate with IT to integrate emerging tools that drive efficiency and elevate user experience.
Change Management - Lead change impact assessments and support teams through new process adoption.
Design and deliver change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units.
Work with training teams to develop materials that support new processes and tools.
🧩 What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Hands-on expertise with BPMN 2.0 process modeling standards.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Visio, Word, and Excel.
Skills & Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of process mapping and process analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with project management principles and change management practices.
- A keen attention to detail and passion for crafting polished documentation and presentation materials.
- Experience integrating emerging technologies to optimize or re-engineer business processes.
- A positive, curious, and investigative mindset with a strong drive to learn and innovate.
- Empathetic and user-focused — you understand employee needs before designing solutions.
- You value diversity of thought, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
