Join our Digital Innovation & Solutions team and help shape how digital tools support the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). We’re looking for a Business Applications Analyst who loves connecting business goals with smart, innovative solutions that make work smoother, faster, and more impactful.

What you will do:

As part of the Digital Innovation & Solutions team, you will:

  • Support the delivery of digital products and enhancements by tracking milestones and coordinating with project teams.
  • Maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure smooth Agile delivery.
  • Collect feedback from business users to refine product requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses for new digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet expectations.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Keep process documentation and release notes current.
  • Communicate updates and outcomes across departments, helping drive a culture of innovation and improvement.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of digital systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Skilled in data analysis and insight generation to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and clear documentation.
  • Experience supporting software enhancements and implementations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of user experience (UX) principles and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • General understanding of healthcare service operations and how technology supports compliance and quality of care.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (especially AI and analytics tools like Azure AI Document Intelligence or AI Foundry).

Experience & Education:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (administration, configuration, and support).
  • Proven success in application support and maintenance in a multinational or consulting environment.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery, backlog management, and sprint planning.
  • Skilled in process mapping and documentation (e.g., Elements.Cloud or similar tools).
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
