Analytics Engineer

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who is passionate about data, analytics and modern Microsoft technologies. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on analytics, data engineering and AI-enabled solutions while working with stakeholders across multiple international markets.

Your impact: As a member of the Client BI Solutions Team, you will design, build and support reporting and analytics solutions that help business users make informed decisions, understand client utilisation and improve adoption of International SOS

What will you do?

Analytics & Reporting

Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.

Analyze complex datasets and transform data into actionable business insights.

Support client-facing and internal reporting initiatives.

Provide ad hoc analytical support and recommendations to stakeholders.

Analytics Engineering & Data Platform

Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

Develop and optimize Power BI semantic models and data models.

Design dimensional models and analytical data structures.

Apply version control and deployment best practices to analytics assets.

Implement data quality controls and monitor analytical solutions.

AI & Innovation

Explore and implement AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Support Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven analytics initiatives.

Prepare datasets and semantic models for natural-language querying and AI consumption.

Evaluate and improve AI-generated insights and outputs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Gather and translate business requirements into analytics solutions.

Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product and Commercial teams.

Act as a trusted adviser on reporting, analytics and data-related topics.

Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to users and stakeholders.

What makes you an ideal candidate?

2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering or a similar analytics role.

Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

Strong SQL skills.

Experience with dimensional modelling and semantic model design.

Understanding Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform or modern cloud analytics solutions.

Familiarity with APIs, automation, and data integration concepts.

Experience in applying AI within Business Intelligence lifecycle

Fluent English.

Nice to have

Experience with CI/CD and Git-based source control.

Experience with Python.

Experience with Salesforce

Knowledge of data governance, security and Row-Level Security (RLS).

Experience working in agile or product-oriented teams.
