Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate comprehensive sales operations activities within the Aviation & Maritime Region, ensuring full alignment with Medaire, Inc’s strategic objectives and all applicable legal entity regulations.
  • Oversee and analyze daily sales metrics, including forecasting and reporting, to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
  • Work in partnership with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance sales workflows, optimize customer engagement strategies, and increase overall client satisfaction and retention.
  • Design, implement, and regularly update key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve sales team effectiveness, highlighting areas for operational enhancement and growth.
  • Champion the adoption of innovative sales tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance with internal policies as well as industry-specific regulations.
  • Collaborate in the development of customized sales presentations, proposals, and contract documentation tailored for clients operating within the aviation and maritime sectors to ensure precision and relevance.
  • Lead the facilitation of training programs and onboarding processes for new and existing sales team members, fostering operational consistency and high performance standards across the region.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis, utilizing findings to sharpen sales strategies and support regional market expansion initiatives based out of the Phoenix site and other strategic locations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and customer interactions utilizing CRM platforms and digital management tools, ensuring data accuracy and security in accordance with company standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for cross-departmental communication to promptly address and resolve operational challenges, safeguarding seamless workflow continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in regional sales meetings and cross-functional team projects, contributing valuable insights, supporting strategic planning, and driving effective implementation of action plans.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by regularly evaluating and refining sales operations processes to respond agilely to evolving market conditions and company priorities.

Candidate Profile

We are actively seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist with significant experience supporting sales functions in complex, highly regulated sectors such as aviation or maritime. This role demands a candidate who is both analytical and adaptable, capable of thriving in a multifaceted, collaborative environment that values diversity and teamwork.

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales data analysis, forecasting, dashboard creation, and interpreting performance metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with internal teams across various departments as well as external clients and partners.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail within a dynamic and deadline-driven context.
  • A proactive problem solver with a strong orientation towards continuous process improvement and delivering customer-focused solutions that enhance satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the aviation and maritime industries, including familiarity with key regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and market dynamics, is highly advantageous.

  • Education credentials preferably include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Supply Chain or related disciplines, demonstrating foundational and theoretical understanding applicable to the role.
  • Experience working within multinational corporations or legal entities similar to Medaire, Inc. will be viewed favorably and considered a strong asset.
