About the role
Serves as the regional focal point for HR process engineering, project management, and analytical rigor across the MSI zone. This role acts as the operational engine of the team, responsible for coordinating corporate project flows, centralizing data analytics, maintaining comprehensive audit readiness, and executing the technical, logistical, and compliance phases of the regional recruitment funnel. By applying a systematic, data-driven approach, the Specialist ensures regional data integrity and builds scalable workflows that eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
Key responsibilities
- Receives global project mandates, translates them into realistic regional roll-out plans, establishes localized retro-plannings, and tracks milestones across all MEA countries to ensure seamless deployment.
- Ensures all regional HR policies, procedures, and guidelines are accurately documented, version-controlled, and regularly reviewed to meet internal governance, audit, and compliance standards.
- Owns the end-to-end logistics of the talent pipeline: gathering detailed vacancy requirements from country teams, driving initial sourcing channels, and enforcing an uncompromising background-check protocol (verifying diplomas, certifications, references, and compensation expectations).
- Manages the technical infrastructure for talent acquisition—deploying remote assessment platforms to local teams and managing the complex scheduling matrix across countries up until final business arbitration.
- Maintains the regional administrative mobility matrix, tightly tracking visas, passports, and language competencies.
- Coordinates complex rotation schedules, cross-border mobilizations, and field handovers to ensure zero operational downtime and seamless continuity on isolated or remote sites.
- Ensures that only fully compliant, vetted profiles advance to the qualitative HR interview handled by the Manager, completely removing the administrative and logistical burden from the rest of the team.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Advanced process engineering skills with a rigorous, project management (PMO) approach to HR operations.
- Advanced data analytics skills: expert proficiency in Excel (macros, complex formulas) and HRIS platforms (specifically SuccessFactors).
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) monitoring and data tracking frameworks.
- Strong collaborative skills to act as the primary operational gateway between Headquarters and regional teams.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, HR Operations, or Business PMO roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Arabic or Portuguese is considered a strong asset.
